Do you make custom cookie cutter designs?
Yes!
If your looking for a design and can't find what your looking for contact us via our custom design request and we'd be happy to help bring your vision to life.
Do you Offer Digital STL Files?
Yes!
If you have your own 3D printer it cant be any easier, simply buy your design download the file and upload into your slicer program.
Do you accept Refunds?
We accept returns for non-personalised products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. For custom-made and personalised items, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance with any issues. Refunds or exchanges will be processed for defective or damaged items only.
For the edible cookie boxes we cannot accept refunds as these are made to order. please note littlebirdbakery24 isn't liable for damages caused by transit once out of our hands.

Yes!
We can make our bakes without Gluten. but please be advised we are a home based kitchen and we do handle all allergies.
Are your Fondant biscuits Egg free?
Yes!
Our biscuits are made from shortbread so they don't have any egg in them.
